DESCRIPTION:El grupo de apoyo Esperanza y Fortaleza (La Adicción como una Enfermedad) es para familiares y seres queridos de personas que enfrentan una adicción \n¿Tienes un familiar o ser querido que enfrenta problemas con el alcohol o las drogas? \nEsperanza y Fortaleza es un espacio seguro\, confidencial y respetuoso donde podrás encontrar apoyo\, aprender sobre la adicción y obtener herramientas para cuidar de ti mientras enfrentas esta situación junto a un ser querido. \nNos reunimos una vez al mes. \nTemas en diciembre: \n\nLímites saludables\nAprende la diferencia entre establecer límites y castigar\, controlar o abandonar.\nDescubre cómo los límites pueden ayudarte a cuidar tu bienestar y tus relaciones.\n\nTenga en cuenta: Al enviar su información\, quedará en nuestra lista de interesados.
