Learning Partner Receives Prestigious Character Award

One of our amazing Learning Partners, Byron Diaz-Simon, has been awarded the Robert Barnard Character Counts Award. We are so proud of his achievement and want to thank our program sponsors, the Highland Park Community Foundation and the Julian Grace Foundation, for making it possible to work with students as amazing as Byron!

The Robert Barnard Character Counts Award is presented by the City of Highland Park, North Shore School District 112, Township High School District 113, and the Character Counts Steering Committee, and recognizes and honors students, residents, and members of the business community for consistently demonstrating the six pillars of character: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship.

Congratulations, Bryon!
