Join us in person or by Zoom for a PowerPoint presentation of Brenda’s upcoming book, Oscar Slater: A Killer Exposed. The book describes a true crime incident on December 21, 1908. Conan Doyle was among a host of authors and sleuths who worked on Slater’s behalf to reverse his conviction for the murder of an 81-year-old wealthy spinster. Brenda will discuss how, upon Slater’s release from prison, Conan Doyle became aware of Slater’s “tissue of lies.”
