HLCC Book Club: If We Were Villains • HLCC Club de Lectura
This month, HLCC Book Club will meet, to discuss the novel If We Were Villains by M.L. Rio. In this gripping literary thriller, seven young actors at an elite conservatory are bound by their shared passion for Shakespeare. When one of them turns up dead, the line between performance and reality begins to blur. Rio explores themes of friendship, obsession, betrayal, and the dangerous power of art and storytelling.
