Journey to College: Guiding your Child to a Successful Year, by Rebecca’s Dream:
Journey to College is a free educational program designed for parents of high school seniors preparing for college. This program offers practical advice to help families navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of this major transition. Parents will learn how to support their child’s mental wellness, manage family separation, and adjust to changes such as the loss of financial, caregiving, or translation support. Strategies will be shared to help both students and parents care for their physical and mental health during this time. This program is available in English and Spanish. Join us to gain the guidance and tools you need to help your family thrive through this important transition.

Camino a la Universidad es un programa educativo gratuito diseñado para padres de estudiantes de último año de secundaria que se preparan para la universidad. Este programa ofrece consejos prácticos para ayudar a las familias a afrontar los desafíos emocionales y logísticos de esta importante transición. Los padres aprenderán a apoyar el bienestar mental de sus hijos, a gestionar la separación familiar y a adaptarse a cambios como la pérdida de apoyo financiero, de cuidado o de traducción. Se compartirán estrategias para ayudar tanto a estudiantes como a padres a cuidar su salud física y mental durante este período. Este programa está disponible en inglés y español.
