El Centro Holístico Colibrí ofrecerá una sesión comunitaria de meditación y sonoterapia.

Entre sus beneficios se encuentra liberar el estrés, experimentar una relajación profunda que ayuda al sistema nervioso, regular la presión sanguínea y contribuir a disminuir la tensión física.

¡Se espera contar con su presencia!
Se sugiere vestir con ropa ligera y cómoda. En caso de contar con tapete de yoga y almohada, pueden llevarse; sin embargo, no es un requisito.

It is recommended to wear light and comfortable clothing. If a yoga mat and pillow are available, they may be brought along, though they are not required.
